The Man3000 Desktop range is well suited to the hospitality industry as it incorporates a reliable and affordable telephone management solution with a Guest package that allows for a comprehensive and effective way to invoice clients for their stay at your establishment. Everyone in the hospitality industry, from small guest houses to large hotels, can benefit from the full functionality of the Man3000 Guest package.

Using the Man3000 Desktop you can:

  • List up to 400 rooms/extensions
  • Book customers in and out of the rooms with all their details including home address, ID number and their card details
  • List up to 200 items or services that may be purchased from the Guest House/Hotel such as food, drinks, room service etc.
  • Bill each customer's account as they purchase items, phone calls made from the customer's extension/s during their stay will be automatically billed to their account
  • Mark up the cost of calls made by customers to a desired rate
  • Assign budgets to customer's extensions/account codes and then receive instant notification and/or bar the extensions/account codes once the limit is reached (Barring is PABX dependant)*
  • Print or export personalised invoices to issue to the customer or for filing
  • Keep a record of the past 200 payments made via the versatile payment methods such as prepaid vouchers, deposits, rentals, credit card and cash
  • Receive instant notification of any unauthorised calls made, customer credit depletion
  • Feed other hotel/guest packages, if required
